What We Offer

We offer a variety of educational classes designed to support families as they prepare for birth, bring their baby home, and adjust to life with a newborn. Our classes provide practical knowledge, hands-on guidance, and a supportive environment so parents feel confident and prepared for the journey ahead

Parent Education Classes

The Whole Birth Experience
This comprehensive class is designed for families in their third trimester who want to feel informed and confident as they approach labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. Over three one-hour sessions, we cover the stages of labor, pain management options, what to expect during delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn basics. Families also receive a 30-minute one-on-one virtual session to create a personalized birth plan, helping them feel prepared and empowered for their birth experience.

Gentle Transitions: Bringing Baby Home
This one-hour class focuses on helping new parents navigate the first month with their newborn. We cover practical newborn care skills such as swaddling, bathing, soothing techniques, feeding basics, sleep tips, and creating a safe and nurturing environment at home.

Peace of Mind: Keeping Baby Safe
This hands-on one-hour class helps parents learn essential strategies to keep their baby safe. Topics include basic infant CPR (non-certified), car seat safety, and ways to prevent common household hazards. Participants also receive a $15 discount toward a professional car seat installation.

Latching On: Confident Breastfeeding
This one-hour class is designed for expecting and new parents who want to feel prepared for their breastfeeding journey. We cover positioning, latching techniques, pumping basics, and solutions for common challenges. Participants also receive a $15 discount toward a personalized lactation consultation for additional one-on-one support.

Our goal is to equip families with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to feel supported from pregnancy through the early days of parenthood.
