We offer private pay options as well as are contracted with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for insurance and Comprehensive Community Services(CCS) for Walworth and Waukesha County.
For most group programming we are approved with CLTS waiver funding.
After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Full Evaluation (45-60 min) prior to treatment sessions will include a standardized assessment and clinical observations by a licensed therapist to address the concern of the child. A superbill may be generated upon request.
Treatment Session (30-60 min) the therapist will provide skilled services to address the child’s goals and provide support and education to families. A superbill may be generated upon request.
Most children receive 1-2x weekly sessions, but the frequency can vary depending on your child’s specific needs and how they respond to therapy.

Most sessions occur in your home. We can also meet at your child’s school/daycare, in the community, or via telehealth.
Pelvic floor sessions are conducted at Healing Tree in Burlington.
Groups typically are held at Seno Conservancy in Burlington.

We are based out of Burlington WI and currently serve southeastern Wisconsin including Racine, Walworth, Kenosha, Waukesha, and Milwaukee counties dependent on distance and therapist availability. As new therapists join the team our locations expand and we also have telehealth options we can discuss.
