  • Occupational Therapy

    Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children develop the skills they need to grow, learn, play, and thrive in their everyday lives. At Stacked Therapies, our OT services focus on building independence, confidence, and functional abilities through engaging, child-centered therapy.

    Our therapists work with children who experience challenges in areas such as:

    Fine & Gross Motor Skills – Strengthening coordination for everyday tasks like writing, dressing, and playing.

    Sensory Processing & Regulation – Helping children interpret and respond appropriately to sensory input.

    Self-Care & Daily Living Skills – Supporting independence in dressing, feeding, hygiene, and more.

    Social & Emotional Development – Encouraging positive interactions, emotional regulation, and communication.

    Handwriting & School Readiness – Improving skills needed for classroom success.

    Support Strategies for Parents – Providing guidance and tools to reinforce progress at home.

    IEP Advocacy – Assisting families in navigating the special education process and advocating for school-based services.

    We take a holistic, play-based approach, providing in-home and virtual therapy services to support children in natural environments where they feel comfortable and can apply their skills in real life!

  • Speech Therapy

    Speech Therapy (SLP) helps children develop essential communication skills for success in daily life. At Stacked Therapies, we focus on helping children communicate, connect, and thrive by addressing speech, language, and social communication skills in a way that is engaging, functional, and meaningful to their daily lives.

    Our speech-language pathologist provides individualized, evidence-based therapy to support children in reaching their full potential in areas such as:

    Speech-Language Evaluations – Comprehensive assessments to determine strengths and areas of need.

    Speech Sound Therapy – Helping children improve articulation and clarity of speech.

    Building Vocabulary, Grammar & Language Comprehension – Enhancing language development for effective communication.

    Functional Communication Skills – Supporting nonverbal and verbal communication to express wants and needs.

    Infant Sign & Early LanguageDevelopment – Encouraging early communication skills for young children.

    Speaking, Reading & Social Skills – Improving speech fluency, literacy, and peer interactions.

    Support Strategies for Parents – Providing guidance and tools to reinforce progress at home.

    IEP Advocacy – Assisting families in navigating the special education process and advocating for school-based services.

    Our in-home and virtual therapy options ensure that children receive high-quality speech therapy in an environment where they feel comfortable and supported.

Full Evaluation (45-60min)

A Full Evaluation (45-60Min) will include a standardized assessment and clinical observations by a licensed therapist to address the concern of the child. A superbill may be generated upon request.

Evaluation Report (30 Min)

A formal report (30Min) will be created from the data observed from the evaluation. This session will be presented via our online platform to collaborate with families on an appropriate individualized plan of care for the child and/or specific goals to be addressed for the future. A superbill may be generated upon request.

Treatment Session (60 min)

Treatment sessions (60Min) are provided in your home! During these sessions, the therapist will provide skilled services to address the child’s goals and provide support and education to families. A superbill may be generated upon request.

  • Location: Seno K/RLT Conservancy south of Burlington 

    Date: June 16-19

    Time: 10am-12pm

    Age: 3.5-7

    Cost: $125

    Description: A sweet and magical camp that focuses on learning through the senses with a play-based focus. This camp is supported by a Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist. Activities are chosen with the intention to develop foundational skills such as motor development, sensory integration, language & speech, social play, nature exploration, and appreciation. Pre-academic skills are woven into gross motor play, nature hunts and hikes, storytelling, music and dance, art, and sensory play. Open to all children in the formative years of development!


  • Location: Seno K/RLT Conservancy south of Burlington

    Date: July 7-10

    Time: 9am-12pm

    Age: 6-11

    Cost: $235

    Description: Introducing the building blocks of emotional and sensory self-regulation in a therapeutic outdoor setting. Utilizing concepts from Powerfully You to focus on building self-awareness through mind-body techniques. Children will learn and engage in age-appropriate self-regulation strategies designed to build connection, empowerment, and compassion for themselves and others. Mindfulness is an evidence based strategy to support being in the present moment, focusing on the here and now, and tuning out distractions. It is a tool for stress management and anxiety. Mindful awareness in nature is about taking notice of the world around us. This amazing opportunity would be supportive of children who may be experiencing anxiety, hyperactivity, sensory sensitivity, self-regulation challenges, and/or low self-esteem. Campers will engage in hands-on meaningful activities to support self-expression and self-regulation as well as utilizing natural materials to create. Staff encourage campers to find their voice to express kindness toward themselves and others. Engaging in meaningful activities invites connection to not only oneself but other campers and nature.

  • Location: Wadewitz Nature Camp in Rochester

    Date: July 28-31

    Time: 9am-12pm

    Age: 8-12

    Cost: $235

    Description: This group will focus on developing peer connection and social interaction while building skills such as self-awareness: Who are you?  What are your strengths? Developing a sense of confidence and having a growth mindset to persevere. Self-management: Learning ways to manage stress, big emotions, and impulse control. Social awareness: Understand the perspectives of others in order to empathize with them. We will utilize games and books to increase social awareness as well. Relationship skills:  Learn ways to be a good listener, how to cooperate with others, and problem solve. Learn ways to show kindness. Stress management: physical activity and vigorous exercise are very supportive for self-regulation. This may include hiking or walking or engaging in an obstacle course or group game. As well as mindfulness and nature connection.

  • Location: Seno K/RLT Conservancy south of Burlington

    Date: August 18-21

    Time: 10am-12pm

    Age: 5-10

    Cost: $125

    Description: Focusing on fine motor coordination, whole body strengthening, grasp (how to hold a pencil), and letter formation! Supporting school success with writing and cutting in a fun group format. As well as underlying skills to succeed with opening containers, zipping, and tying shoes. Best suited for children who know and recognize letters of the alphabet. This will be a fun and hands-on approach that will use natural materials to support learning. Your child may write letters in the sandbox, mud, or clay, build letters with stones or sticks, make crafts, and so on. This will be a multi-sensory approach to handwriting! 

Groups will maintain a 3:1 ratio and are held outdoors. Due to the setting participants are best suited if they are able to stay close to the group without direct one to one assistance, follow simple directions, and have basic safety awareness.
